Bai Thuong Hydro Power JSC was established on May 02, 2013 under Business License No. 2801952893 by Department of Planning and Investment, Thanh Hoa Province for the purpose of building and operating Bai Thuong Hydro Power Plant.

Bai Thuong Hydro Power Plant is located in Xuan Duong Commune, Thuong Xuan District, Thanh Hoa. The Plant began construction in November 2014 and was put into operation in November 2016. The Plant capacity is 06 MW, design output is 24.72 million kWh per year.
